At this time of uncertainty and stress, mindfulness can be a wonderful support. Simple practices can help settle and soothe the nervous system, so we can think more clearly, make better choices and respond rather than react to the difficulties we may face.
Free Online Mindfulness Sessions
These are small, open groups and everyone is welcome, whether you’re an old hand at practising mindfulness or totally new to it. For the foreseeable future we are meeting on Zoom.
