FREE ZOOM MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

These are small, open groups and everyone is welcome, whether you're an an old hand at practising mindfulness or new to it.

 For the foreseeable future we are meeting on Zoom.

Tuesdays 4.00 - 5.00pm

Wednesdays 7.00-8.00pm

Classes can be tailored to meet individual needs and wishes.
